Fine Solutions also known as Finesols is a top-tier software solution provider in Karachi that helps in building software for visionary companies, accentuating their strengths and elevating their brands to the next level is looking for an Experienced, Dedicated and Passionate candidates for our Business Development Department who are responsible to assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new client acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
Job Description:
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Make cold calls for new business leads.
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Project price estimation, quote, and proposal creation, follow-up with the client and leads closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to assist sales.
- Responsible to achieve own and team targets.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
An ideal incumbent must have:
- Must have 1-3 years of Experience in Digital Industry.
- Should have a detailed understanding of IT Software Industry (Mobile Apps & Web Apps etc.)
- Ability to close clients on calls.
- Ability to meet monthly targets.
- Must be fluent in English communication (US/UK accent would be preferred).
- Having call center experience will be an added advantage.
- Minimum Bachelors’s degree. Having BS (CS) background will be an advantage
